Refund Policy

Discover, Signature, and Legacy are one-time Dodo Payments purchases with one factual correction inside the purchased scope.

A cancellation request made before human review begins may be eligible for a refund. Once personalized digital work has started or an instant report has been accessed, refund eligibility may be limited unless the delivered files are materially defective or outside the purchased scope.

Keep the report identifier, Dodo receipt, and checkout email for any refund review. Duplicate charges and confirmed delivery failures are reviewed individually.
